Items picked up locally can be paid for with cash. Payment is due prior shipment. All sales are “As Is” and “Final”
▲ SHIPPING FOR SMALL ITEMS:
I ship USPS and the shipping price is included and listed with each item. Your pieces will be carefully packaged for shipping. Please note that all sales are final. We are not liable for any damages during shipping. All pieces are insured through the post office and I will provide you with a confirmation number on the day your item ships.
▲ SHIPPING FOR LARGE ITEMS:
Shipping prices vary by piece and fluctuate based on where the buyer lives. Therefore, for our large furniture pieces, the shipping is listed as $0.00 because we have to individually source each shipping quote for every customer. If you would like a quote, please message us PRIOR TO PURCHASING and include the delivery zip code. We will give you a quote as soon as possible. Then we will adjust the listing for you if you decide to purchase. **Please note that, furniture bids, packaging, and shipping can take several weeks from start to finish. I cannot guarantee delivery times, but you will receive a tracking number and confirmation when your item ships, and the shipping service will be responsible for the furniture once it leaves my business.

▲ FURNITURE SHIPPING OPTIONS
$ As often as possible, I will send your item via Greyhound. This is the most economical method for shipping large items. This option requires the buyer to pick up the item from the nearest Greyhound Station. If you would like to see the location closest to you, please visit www.shipgreyhound.com and click “find location” in the right hand menu. Once the item has shipped the seller cannot control or influence the arrival time. Items typically arrive within 2-19 days. You will be notified when the item ships. Greyhound will contact you when the item arrives. You have 3 days to pick up your item from the date of notification. **Note: This option only works for items 100 lbs. or less.
$$ I also offer shipping via uShip. It works like this: I send a bid request for your piece (based on the size of the piece and your location) and private shippers respond with a price. I communicate the bids to you, and we work together to find the right shipping solution for your piece. This takes the longest of the shipping options (up to 8 weeks), but the item can be delivered straight to your house, and often times be placed right inside. **Note: bids from uShip are only good for 24 hours and so this option requires a lot of back and forth communication!

I only ship within the U.S.
All sales are final. I take detailed pictures and note all flaws honestly. Please take a close look at all listing pictures & read descriptions carefully. Message me with any questions you have before purchasing. I’m happy to send you additional details and pictures upon request. Once a piece is purchased, no refunds will be made.
Please keep in mind, every item is vintage and its condition is a part of its unique character and history.
▲ LOSS + DAMAGES
I do not hold any responsible for loss and damages once the goods has left Vintage and Swoon’s shop.
Damage caused during transit/shipping is not under my control, so a refund will not be given – insurance is always available for purchase for any item. Please convo, if you’d like to add insurance to your package.
